Berry Basil Infused Water

By Momfashionlifestyle @Fashnlifestyle

With the weather heating up and Summer right around the corner, I’ve been craving refreshing drinks to hydrate with. While smoothies and green juices are nice… sometimes it’s just good to drink water. And what better way to get in your daily fluid intake than with Berry Basil infused water??? I had some leftover Basil from a pizza the other night and some berries in the freezer. I tossed them into a glass with water and ice…. and viola! You can make it by the glass or a pitcher. The flavors definitely get stronger the longer you let them sit. It just depends on how much you like Basil because that is what gives the water the most flavor.  I’ve been busy prepping for the upcoming weekend. I am flying to Mount Pleasant, South Carolina to see my little sister for her birthday. Wow! She isn’t so little anymore…. She is turning 27!! Time sure does fly, enjoy the moments while you have them! Since my daughter is staying with the husband my days will be spent poolside which I am very excited about. She is also taking me to the location where the Notebook was filmed!!! Happy Hump Day!!!
