I began this summer drawing with the primary colors yellow, red and blue, but quickly added green and shades inbetween. Using flat lines straight up-and-down and across, I set up a rough grid pattern to play against with sweeping curves. In the final step, I used finer point pens to fill in selected spaces for texture and interest.
