Dany Prignon is the owner of famed Fantome. His farmhouse ales are eagerly sought after and rarely found. He’s also one of the great personalities of Belgium’s smaller brewers. If you’re deep in Ardennes and near Soy, Belgium; Fantome is always worth a stop, especially if you get to meet Dany.
