This empties post has been a long time coming. I wasn't sure if I wanted to start an empties series but I think it will be useful for me to have as a record of products I've tried and finished as well as provide a manner of quick reviews for your information. These products were all purchased by me and I will only be including products that I bought in these posts.
Cremorlab White Bloom Floral Cream $72
I picked this cream up at last year's Peach & Lily sample sale for $20. Cremorlab is a natural Korean beauty brand. The foundation of their products is a rare and mineral rich thermal water that is known to help boost radiance, vitality, and hydration. Don't be fooled by the look of this jar, their packaging is gorgeous. This had lovely light floral scent and a lightweight, silky texture. Although it worked well as a moisturizer, it did not live up to it's claims to boost radiance or correct hyperpigmentation. And you don't get much product at all for the straight up retail price.Repurchase: No
Dr. Brandt Laser Fx Bright Serum $78I actually first tried this when I received a press sample at a launch event with Dr. Brandt himself (RIP). Here is my review of the serum. It should tell you how effective and how much I like this product that I've since bought it twice. This serum delivers visible brightening results and it's one I go back to when I'm in between trying other brightening serums.
Repurchase: Yes (2x already)Laneige Multiberry Yogurt Repairing Mask $25
I already raved about this mask in this post. It is totally my skin saver whenever it's irritated but I also love to use it ahead of my chemical exfoliators. I'm already on my fourth jar. It gets bonus points for smelling just like strawberry yogurt! This product was briefly unavailable at Target and I almost considered hoarding when it came back. I think I might still buy a few backups just in case.Repurchase: Yes (3x already)
Sunday Riley Good Genes Treatment $105
Good Genes is a high potency purified lactic acid exfoliating treatment which is generally liked in the skincare circles. I saw some good results within the first month of using it and then I experienced a bit of a drop off. It would burn at times and then there's the awful scent. I believe it comes from lemongrass but it smells like feet to me. And this was something i never got over. I think it works fairly well but it's not a life changing product. And then there's the price. I'm using an AHA treatment at the moment that works better for my skin and costs around $20. I'll be talking about that in an upcoming post.

Missha Time Revolution Night Repair Science Activator Ampoule $49
Ampoules are a Korean skincare mainstay and can best be described as an amped up serum because they contain a concentration of ingredients that can target specific issues. The Missha Time Revolution Night Repair Science Activator Ampoule is considered a dupe for the Estee Lauder Night Repair and if you compare the ingredients, you'll notice that they're incredibly similar. One notable active is bifida ferment lysate, a fermented yeast that repairs and protects the skin. This was a pretty good skin treatment. I didn't see any amazing results but I also wouldn't say it didn't do anything for me. I'd say it was serviceable but I've since used products that've made more of a difference.
Repurchase: Maybe
May Coop Raw Concentra Day Cream $48
This was another Korean skincare buy at the Peach & Lily sample sale for $20. I was curious to try another May Coop product since I was really impressed with the May Coop Raw Sauce. This cream is made with 90% maple water and 7 different types of red plant extracts including pomegranate, dates and Chinese magnolia. It had a pleasant texture and was adequately moisturizing even when it was cold. I'm not sure if it provided any other benefits other than hydration though.Repurchase: No
Restorsea Revitalizing Eye Cream $85
I actually received this eye cream in a $15 Allure Beauty Box which made it a pretty incredible value. The active ingredients in Restorsea's Vibransea complex is Aquabeautine XL, an enzyme released by baby salmon when they are born and Hesperidin, a natural ingredient derived from citrus fruits, which helps to reduce the appearance of dark circles by stimulating blood circulation. This eye cream hydrated nicely without feeling heavy or greasy but it did little else. For the price, it should do a lot more.Repurchase: No
