Which is an excellent cleanser to keep in the shower and begin the day with geranium leaf, bergamot and rose-bud. A face mask also offers a deep and healthy cleanse using wheatgerm, gingko and cranberry.

Green Machine a juice made with Neal’s Yard Remedies, organic Greens ‘Detox” Blend is a great way to add some key elements to your daily health routine. A detox salad, followed by slow cooked salmon with quinoa, French beans in a chive cream sauce. Finished with Berrylicious Chia Yogurt cup, using Neal’s Yard Remedies organic berry blend “Radiance and Chia seeds.
