Ingredients:
- Rib Shack BBQ Sauce
- Rib Shack Pulled Pork
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp course ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Mediterranean Sea Salt
- Pam vegetable spray
Directions:
- Cut avocado in half and remove seed.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spray Pam on avocado and place on a hot grill. Turn position of avocado after 2 minutes on each side; this will give the avocado nice grill marks.
- Place Rib Shack Pulled Pork in place of seed.
- Drizzle Rib Shack BBQ Sauce over the avocado.
