Basic Pie Crust

Ingredients:
1oz Cold Butter
4oz Plain Flour
2-3 Tbsp of Cold Water

In a food processor add flour and cold butter cut into pieces.

On medium speed mix the flour and butter until bread crumbs texture and slowly add a tsbp of water, until it forms into a dough.

Remove from the food processor into cling film and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Once chiiiled, you can roll out for a large pie crust ( for a covered pie double the recipe), 6 individual covered pies or 12 tart style pies or 24 mini pies.

I made 24 mini pies/tarts then bake in the oven at 180c.

Large Pie – 35-40 mins

Individual Pies – 25-30 mins

Mini Pies – 20-25 mins
