Banana Daiquiri – Recipe

If you like Pina Colada and frozen Daiquiri, then you will like this popular cocktail which is very refreshing and pleasant. You must be careful that when mixing the ingredients to start the blender on a low speed for a few seconds to crush the ice and fruits and then gradually increase the speed up when content becomes creamy.

  • 50 ml rum
  • 25ml banana liqueur
  • Half a banana
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Juice of one lime
  • Ice cubes
  • Maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
  1. Put some ice cubes in a blender, then add the juice squeezed out from a lime and the rum banana liqueur.
  2. Mix at low speed for a few seconds and then add half a peeled banana and sugar, then blend one more time on medium speed for one minute.
  3. Pour the contents into a long cocktail glass, like "hurricane glass" or "chmpagne flute" and decorate with maraschino cherries, banana slices or lime.
