Baked French Toast

By Rumblingtummy @RumblingTummi
These days it is hard to finish a loaf of bread quickly. The last loaf turned mouldy as none has the time for breakfast.
This holiday, gal picked up another loaf again but one loaf is difficult to finish by just one gal.  In order not to waste more food, I quickly turned some into Baked French toast.
Well, to be precise, I wanted to test out my air fryer who just came out of the "hospital".   Initially I thought of just get another one but I was indecisive of which brand I should buy.  Also I was told that the parts are all upgraded so even though I have an old machine, I will be getting new parts which cost me slightly over S$100.
