12 Years A Slave is still the presumed front-runner, but with American Hustle, Her, and The Wolf Of Wall Street making fresh, new moves, will it be able to keep up the heat? Early favorites like Captain Phillips may end up being the real losers as they dip down the list, and might lose out on their Best Picture nomination in favor of a more recent film.

Will Forte debuts on the list as Nebraska becomes a hot title. He was recognized earlier by NBR. Also, James Gandolfini’s prospects look good. Right now, this is still Jared Leto’s to lose.
