Avocado Stuffed with Smoked Salmon

Save Print Avocado Stuffed with Smoked Salmon Prep time:  15 mins Cook time:  10 mins Total time:  25 mins Serves: 4   Ingredients
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 16 small shrimps
  • ½ lemon juice
  • sauce:
  • 150 g cream
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish powder
  • fine chopped herbs (dill, chives, parsley)
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove most of the flesh and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
  2. Cut the smoked salmon into strips.
  3. Peel the shrimp.
  4. Top each half of the avocado with smoked salmon and the shrimps.
  5. Prepare the sauce ingredients and serve separately.
  6. Serve chilled.
