Steirischer Herbst
For over 40 years the Steirischer Herbst – or Festival of New Art – has been held in Graz, Steiermark. It is one of the world’s few festivals of contemporary art in all its diverse forms.
To educate and entertain, the festival showcases the very best of work in a range of disciplines:

- music
- drama
- dance
- literature
- film
- architecture
Using large-scale exhibitions; spectacular productions; and all-night celebrations, this autumnal event attracts an audience of thousands from across the globe. The festival runs from the end of September to late October.
