 This one is my husband’s favorite and it is very simple and nutritious. My favorite still remains suji ka halwa will I will share with you all later. My daughter is not found of sweets except chocolates and ice creams. This can be made quickly when you have guests at home or when you want to eat something sweet. You don’t need to buy any special ingredients for this recipe and this dessert is made with whole wheat flour that you use daily for making chapatis.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients: -
1 cup Whole Wheat flour / Atta
1/4 cup Ghee
1/2 cup sugar
2 pods Green cardamom seeds crushed.
A had full Dry fruits cut into pieces
4 cup Water boiled

 Method: -

In a deep sauce pan or kadai, heat ghee add the whole wheat flour to fry.
Keep it in medium flame and keep on stirring so that it doesn’t stick on the bottom of pan or kadai.
Cook till the flour changes color and starts to give nice aroma.
Add the sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
Add boiled water and keep on mixing by stirring till the water is absorbed and the halwa becomes thick.
switch off the flame and serve hot topped with chopped dry fruits.
