True Blood’s Tanya Wright (Kendra) is raising funds to launch HAIRiette of HARLEM, a natural hair series and hair care line. Her mission is to make the world a better place–one hair at a time. She has dedicated the last two years of her life to this project– if she can do this project for the rest of my life, I will truly be happy!!
A portion of the proceeds of every bottle of HAIRiette the hair care line goes to the Actor’s Fund, a 130 year old human services organization that assists entertainment professionals in need, crisis or transition. Tanya has raised just over $11,000 of her $50,000 goal and they still have a ways to go–with just days left.

The campaign ends April 10; and to help it along, Tanya is volunteering to have a day on Twitter, specifically Tuesday, April 9, at @HAIRietteHARLEM where her fans can ASK TANYA ANYTHING. And, if everyone was willing to contribute $10 to the campaign, they would reach the $50,000 goal.
