April Clean Energy and Sustainability Events

April Clean Energy and Sustainability EventsMany of the events on our green events calendar and stories that we write about here on 2nd Green Revolution occur in Colorado, including several this month in Denver, and Washington DC because we live in these locales. California often shows up as well. This month is no different, including an energy efficiency symposium in the wonderful little city of Santa Barbara at the university (see below). However, I want to highlight some other places hosting conferences this month. There are two events, one on each “coast” of Pennsylvania (one of which focuses on brownfield development, an integral part of sustainable land use), a conference in Maryland, and one in the oil and gas hotbed of Alaska that look intriguing. In addition, there is an international conference in Finland focusing on CSR, corporate social responsibility, a theme that has shown up more and more over the past few months here at 2nd Green Revolution.

Let us know of any conferences, events, or festivals in your area. We will gladly add them to our green events calendar. Please send us an email with the event’s name, date, location, description, and website.
