Illustrator Christina Hess’s work on nature, animals and people. In her series of portraits ‘Animals from History’, she depicts famous historical figures re-imagined as dogs, cats and other furry animals. Hess says that she enjoys incorporating detail and decorative elements into the work she creates, a perfect inclination for a hybrid project such as this.
