Animal Prints from Children's Storybook Illustrations - Benjamin Rabier

By Dotpattern @collectinghobby
A new zazzle store opened this weekend with beautiful full-color prints by French artist Benjamin Rabier (1864–1939), who was the first to create an animal cartoon published in a newspaper. He was the artistic inspiration for Herge to create the Tin Tin series of books. Rabier himself illustrated dozens of children's books with realistic drawings of his animals and characters.
