All Clad Master Chef 2 700508 Review: The All Clad brand of cookware set is not new to me anymore. My friends have always been using All Clad cookware set in their kitchen.
The brand name is searchable and they have already established their credibility in the name of manufacturing kitchen items. I own the All Clad Master Chef 2 700508 Stainless Steel 3-Ply Bonded Dishwasher Safe 10-Piece Cookware set and this has served me well on my kitchen needs so far.
Some 8-quart stock pots especially when cooking in its full capacity, takes a longer time to heat up and cook. Because this set is made of an aluminum core, I never have problems like that. It heats up rapidly. Even when cooking in the omelet pans, dishes are cooked evenly.
I used to have difficulties with cookwares that are bought separately. I have no place to store them. Good thing I decided to replace them with this cookware set. This set is designed to fit the pieces conveniently into a better-storing state. I now enjoy the privilege of having a spacious kitchen. I can even hang the pans on the walls for decoration purpose too.
The handles never get hot enough to burn my hands during the cooking process. It is a guaranteed stay cool handle. Some handles are long enough to cause accidentally tipping over of the pot, or short enough that makes it difficult to carry the pot. The measurement of this cookware handles is just right, not too long and not too short. The pots and pans can withstand oven heating because no silicon contents are in the handles.
I prefer glass lids for easier monitoring of my cooking process but I've come to appreciate the stainless lids of this set. They contribute to the rapid heating process of cooking which can be both time and energy saving. The stainless lid covers aren't that bad at all.
This cookware is not exempted in accumulating stain and rusty spots which can easily be cleaned by the dishwasher. It is a dishwasher safe cookware set but I would stick to the recommended hand washing. Being a health worker, I take the cleaning of the minuscule stains and deposits seriously and I believe that only hand washing can thoroughly clean my cookware set.
The only setback that I have encountered with this cookware set is that it is not induction cooktop capable. It would be good to impress visitors with my up-to-date designed kitchen instead of just the gas stove top.
