Police said that a juvenile's mishandling of a loaded gun resulted in an accidental shooting Monday in Williams County, Ohio.I know, it's under investigation. But does anyone really think this kind of "accident" will result in the responsibly persons being charged? I certainly don't.
The victim, Donna Mercer, 69, was later flown to a hospital in Toledo, where she was last reported to be in stable condition.
Sheriff's deputies determined that the shooting happened at Mercer's home on County Road J in Montpelier. They said it was accidental and occurred as a result of a male juvenile mishandling a loaded gun.
