A Very Big Thank You!Today I just wanted to thank all of you who have written to me about yoga for grief or yoga for anger (or both) since my post Yoga for Anger and Grief: Help Wanted last week. I’m very grateful that so many of you took the time to tell me your stories and to recommended resources that have been valuable to you. And I intend to reply personally to every single one of your messages. However, this is going to take some time, as the number I received is rather overwhelming and I want to think about each message carefully before replying and to think about my replies as well. So far, one by one, I’ve been responding to them in the order in which they arrived. So if you haven’t heard back from me, rest assured I will get to your message sometime soon. For now, just know I deeply appreciate the time, effort, and sincerity you put into writing to me. 
On another note, the vast majority of the messages were about grief. So if any of you have personal experiences with or resources you recommend on yoga for anger, I would particular love to hear from you. Please contact me at [email protected].
And if you're still planning to write to me about grief, don't hold back! I really want to hear from as many people as possible because even hearing the same thing several times is information I can benefit from (I would then know that many people benefit from the same thing). Just know it may take a while for me to get back to you.
