A Trip to the Mississippi!

Posted on the 09 July 2011 by Exceedpossibility @exceedpossible
This Tuesday I'm flying out to Minneapolis to join Dave Cornthwaite on his Source to Sea expedition on the mighty Mississippi River. For this reason I've been very busy lately and unable to post regularly - I apologise! I'm taking my laptop on the month long trip and will be regularly blogging and tweeting about every one of the thousand miles I will be kayaking with Dave so please keep coming back to the blog and be sure to follow my twitter account: http://twitter.com/#!/exceedpossible and like the Facebook page (> link on the right of the page!).
Dave Cornthwaite is constantly updating his site with videos, pictures and reports of the trip so be sure to check out www.davecornthwaite.com where you'll find a tracker that will show our location - my leg of the journey will take us from Minneapolis to Memphis before I fly home and leave Dave to reach the mouth of the mighty river.
Before I leave I'll be updating the blog with a few other posts so watch out in the next couple of days as well. Nite Watches, my sponsor, have sent me an awesome new watch after my original one was faulty - it's a different model but an even more impressive watch. Check out Nite Watches at www.nitewatches.co.uk.
