A Quick Fire Q&A; With Nat Self

Posted on the 20 April 2011 by Pelski
A Quick Fire Q&A; With Nat SelfThe previous Pelski vs Jackmode party had the pleasure of bringing Zombie Disco Squad to the decks, but this time we're splitting up the dynamic duo, with Luca Lozano taking the helm with the Klasse Crew in Room 2, while Nat Self takes to the the bridge on the Jackmode platform in Room 1. If we're lucky, hopefully we'll hear a preview of Nat's up coming Jackmode release this weekend - his 'Dinner Party On The Moon' e.p is set to come out at the end of May, and will include a supporting remix by Hanne & Lore. In the mean time, Nat's giving away a groove a plenty edit of the classic Rolling Stones anthem 'Miss You', plus a tidy little mix-tape for you to jam to in your bedrooms.

Here's the quick Q&A...!
Are there any releases on the horizon for Nat Self?

I have my first ep dropping on the new Jackmode label.
What's Nat's top tune right now?
Joe smooth promised land is what I'm listening this second. There is so much good house around right now too!
A dogs needs a daily walk. Where does Nat Self run wild and free?
Naked in a field looking for treats and rabbits.
What's been Nat Self's most memorable show to date, and when's the next big party?
T-bar with Claude Vonstroke was amazing.
What's in Nat's party bag?
Cake, stickers and good times.
We all know from previous Pelski vs Jackmode parties that both Nat Self and Luca Lozano are the definitive Zombie Disco Squad. However this time your both playing under your solo aliases. Will you both be focusing more on solo projects this year, or are you just mixing it up a little bit?
ZDS is still our shit. Our side projects just give us a chance to do stuff that might not fit under the ZDS umbrella.
Any exciting future projects for Nat Self?
New ep finished and have started a sexy deep house project with another producer.
Nat's Top Musical Tip for 2011?
Hugs & Kisses & House.
