A Nordic Christmas

Though I love the warm colors of Christmas, they can become trite, and the Nordic approach could be smashing if you feel like changing up your decorating traditions this year. The three pictures above display a simple grey-scale palette, relying on evergreen accents to add color. If you don’t have a Christmas tree, this approach could be really nice and you could just have evergreen branches incorporated into the Holiday decor, like in a vase, on your presents, or used to make an advent calender! This way you get the smell and feel of evergreen scattered throughout several rooms.
