Whilst at home this weekend we decided to take a trip to the Christmas Fair being held at one of our local garden centres. One of my favorite things to do in the run up to Christmas is to spend ages looking at the decorations on offer (how amazing is this purple "stary" tinsel?! Super pretty!) - so yes, a wonderful time was had on Saturday afternoon doing this and sampling the hand made products, mulled wine and mince pies that were on offer :)
Saturday evening was spent with the bestie; watching way too much reality TV and eating a truck load of delicious goodies that she'd slaved over (thank you Steph!). I provided dessert in the form of these glitter topped fairy cakes, and lots of laughs were had. Lovely ♥
Is anyone else doing things to get into the festive spirit now? I've been trying to resist but don't think I can hang on any longer. Definitely time to break out the Quality Street and don the sparkly nail polish!
