A Crop Harvest for All Year

By Sophiecussen

It's rare I re-post other people's work on this blog but today I am making an exception.

I think the three info-graphics, below, are pretty useful for us veggie growers who want to know quickly (rather than trawl books and internet sites), which crops store longest and how to keep our harvest going as long as possible.

From my experience of storing crops over winter onions and garlic cannot be beaten. They are both easy to grow and keep exceptionally well for months on end. And because both are fundamental ingredients for a lot of recipes, it's always good to have a stash close to hand!

I hope you like it.
