I was lucky enough to have celebrated my 3 YEAR Anniversary with the boyfriend this past Tuesday! I know, that is CRAZY right? Those of you who know us, know that our relationship has not been "perfect" but it has been an incredible ride thus far. We are the typical NYC "urban" couple (for those of you who DON'T know us- didn't want to leave you guys out). We share a love of art, design and mob movies. With that being said, instead of having a typical date for our anniversary, we decided to head down to the famous Arthur Ave, in the Bronx.
The neighborhood that Arthur Ave is in, is actually the SAME neighborhood that the movie a "A Bronx Tale" was filmed in 1993! That is one of my favorite mob related movie of all time! I was so excited to see the streets where the movie was filmed. We strolled and scouted out a place for dinner. We stopped at the famous Mario's for an Italian feast!
We also stopped on the same exact street that the main character, Calogero lived on in the movie.
It was such an amazing day and I was very lucky to have spent it with an amazing man but lets get to the real topic! What did I wear you asked? Oh, thank you so much for asking! I will show you! After ripping a part my closet, I finally settled on a thrifted dress and my favorite pair of sandals!
