We booked a 'party night' at hotel in town and, wait for it, the main attraction, a Madonna tribute. I'm not going to lie I've been looking forward to this for ages (it's been booked since September).
The food was rubbish and the entertainment was worse, however, armed with a few drinks and my best friend by my side I had loads of fun just dancing the night away.
The majority of people that I work with are a lot older than me, and to be honest they let the food and entertainment ruin their nights. I am a firm believer in 'it will be what you make of it'. If they'd have got up for a bit of a boogie they may have had a lot more fun!
On another note my new shoes are so comfortable. I danced around in them like a crazy fool, all night and they didn't hurt at all. This is especially surprising as they had not even been bedded in, literally the 1st time I wore them.

The outfit was really all about the tights and shoes. I LOVE the tights they were £8 and worth every penny. I'm definitely going to stock up. I was a bit disappointed that they laddered but it was clearly my own fault, and they are fashion tights so inevitably not made to last.
