7 Course Dining Extravaganza – Menu Tease

My parent’s birthdays are only about a week apart, so this year Jess and I decided we would do something special for them by putting together a seven course tasting menu with Jess’ food and my pairings. I will elaborate with food pictures and cocktail recipes very soon. But for now, the menu looked a little something like this:
