Human traffickers’ victims
‘branded like cattle’

by PAUL PEACHEY

People traffickers are believed to have marked their victims with symbolic tattoos to assert their ownership over “assets” that can be sold for thousands of pounds, according to a new report out today.

The victims have been “branded like cattle” - a practice commonly seen worldwide for women in the sex trade – to show that they were aged over 18, the National Crime Agency (NCA) said…

They have been controlled through drink, drugs and violence to ensure their obedience, according to the report…

The agency said that online dating, social media sites and fake job adverts online were used as ruses to recruit victims, contributing to a 22 per cent increase in trafficking victims to 2,744 people in 2013 compared with the previous year. The number of trafficked British children was also sharply up because of reports about the wide scale abuse of youngsters in towns such as Rotherham, Rochdale and Oxford…

Scars of a human trafficking victim

by Courtney Gilmore

HOUSTON – Years after a teenage human trafficking survivor escaped a life of abuse and bondage, she is still plagued with images and nightmares that reflect her past. Even though her captor is behind bars, she is still in a state of fear. She goes by the name “Danielle.” At an early age she was in and out of different foster homes, and often neglected. “I just remember wanting to escape,” she said…

Taz, a 16-year-old girl here in New York City, told me that her pimp had branded three other girls with tattoos bearing his name. When she refused the tattoo, she said, he held her down and carved his name on her back with a safety pin.

The Islamization of Britain in 2014

by Soeren Kern

The Muslim population of Britain reached 3.4 million in 2014 to become around 5.3% of the overall population of 64 million, according to figures extrapolated from a recent study on the growth of the Muslim population in Europe. In real terms, Britain has the third-largest Muslim population in the European Union, after France and Germany.

Islam and Islam-related issues were omnipresent in Britain during 2014, and can be categorized into four broad themes: 1) Islamic extremism and the security implications of British jihadists in Syria; 2) the continuing spread of Islamic Sharia law in Britain; 3) the sexual exploitation of British children by Muslim gangs; and 4) Muslim integration into British society…

UK: Birmingham City Council hid links between Muslim cabbies and child sex victims for 23 years

by ROBERT SPENCER

In British media Newspeak, “Asian” means “Muslim” and “white” means “non-Muslim.” British authorities persist in seeing this as a racial issue, when in fact these cabbies only preyed upon these girls because they were non-Muslims, and thus eligible to become “captives of the right hand” (cf. Qur’an 4:3, 4:24, 23:1-6, 33:50) and used as sex slaves. But the fact that they see it as a racial issue, and their anxiety to avoid “racism,” led them to cover up these cases and allow thousands of girls to be victimized for twenty-three years…
