5 Spring Dresses That Won't Break the Bank.

By Momfashionlifestyle @Fashnlifestyle

I love dresses. They are a great easy way to look put together with minimal effort. Whether it is hot or cold they are a definite asset to any closet. Since I have a 16 month old daughter, my clothes all need to be wash and wear, which is why I don’t splurge on dresses. So here are 5 Spring Dresses that won’t break the bank. And have no fear, if it isn’t dress weather where you are, just throw on a sweater, tights or leggings, some boots, and your good to go!

One of my favorite dresses this season is the Maxi Dress. It is a definite staple to any Spring wardrobe. This dress can be strapless, with and without sleeves, flowy, form fitting, short in the front and long in the back. Because of this, it is perfect for all body types.

Next up, the Shirt Dress. While I have not been a fan in the past of shirt dresses… I have come to like them in more recent months. Why, do you ask? Probably, because of their flexibility to be worn dressy {with a pair of leggings and boots} or be completely dressed down, by being thrown on as a coverup on the beach.

I am sure you have heard my speech on the Colorblocking trend. But here it goes again: Colorblocked dresses are a great way to accentuate features you like, as well as minimize problem areas. Go with lighter colors to where you want to draw your eye, and darker colors to where you want minimization.

Ok. This last one is a splurge at $99.50. But I just couldn’t resist. It is a new Michael by Michael Kors jersey maxi dress at Nordstrom {seen here}. Definitely on my wish list. And the style would flatter all shapes and sizes, not to mention the color, WOW.

What do you think about these dresses? Are they styles that would be easy for you to wear? Any styles or steals you have come across as of late? Happy Sunday everyone!
