Shake ingredients and pour over crushed ice. Dust with cinnamon/cloves powder and garnish with a gingerbread man.

Mixologist Cassandra Rosen in behalf of Soltado Tequila. Made in Juanacatlán, a small town in the midlands of Jalisco, Mexico, Soltado Spicy Añejo Tequila is produced by seasoned agave growers and tequila makers, at one of only two farmer-owned, co-op distilleries in the country of Mexico.

Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ oz Soltado Spicy Añejo Tequila
  • ½ oz Gingerbread Syrup
  • 2 oz almond cream
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of ginger
  • Pinch of nutmeg, freshly ground
  • Rim: crushed gingersnap cookies, maple syrup
Method:

Rim the glass with maple syrup and crushed gingersnap cookies, set aside to chill. In a shaker, combine Soltado Tequila, gingerbread syrup, almond cream, and spices with ice; shake one minute. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

  • 1.5 oz amontillado sherry
  • 4 oz traditional or vegan eggnog
  • Dash of: nutmeg, cinnamon, and fresh pepper
  • Garnish: nutmeg, cinnamon stick
Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish.
