On the 2nd Saturday of every month I popup at Hart’s Local Grocers
For this month’s demo I’ll be teaching about Omission gluten free beer and pairing the beer with artisanal local cheeses from the Finger Lakes region. Gluten free beer is the perfect pairing for local cheese and even though I am not a beer drinker I understand the importance of having options for those in the gluten free community.
Omission beer is a gluten removed beer that has the Celiac Disease Foundation’s stamp of approval. I’ll be dedicating an entire post on the product in upcoming week. In the meantime, if you live in the Rochester, NY area visit me in the store Saturday June 10 from 2- 4 PM.
