280 Calories: Rice Noodles, Steamed Spinach, Shrimp

This is comfort food for me at its finest.  Delicious, gluten free rice noodles tossed in a homemade concoction of tamari (gluten free soy sauce), garlic and chili sauce, sesame seeds and hoisin.  3 cups of baby spinach quickly wilted on low heat with garlic, and three big shrimp to top it all off.  It’s healthy, filling, and it leaves all my taste buds feeling so satisfied.  Yum!
