2 Easy Tips for Staying Healthy (and Sane) While Traveling

I only have time for a quick post today. A dear friend is marrying another dear friend tomorrow and we are in Dallas for the wedding!

Traveling can make staying healthy difficult, so I do 2 simple things to stay sane:
    Work out. I can do my amazing fitness program: Kayla Itsine's Bikini Body Guide on the road. I modify a few things since I don't have weights or a bench (or in my case a coffee table and kid's chair) with me, but for the most part, nothing changes much. I'm in my hotel room now, and starting the 28 minute workout as soon as I post this!

    I drink water with a few drops of Young Living Lemon a few times a day. The Lemon is easy to keep in my purse or carry-on bag and it helps boost my liver function while I'm out and about eating who-knows-what! It also is great for an energy boost.
