Two weeks ago, my mom, sister, and I met up in New York City to celebrate my birthday with a weekend of eating delicious food and exploring (and some much-needed shopping, let's be honest). For the weeks leading up to my birthday, I think I was in denial that I was actually turning 18, which some people refer to as "adulthood" or being "legal". The only things that have really changed for me are that I can now be honest when I take my Starbucks member surveys, and that I can get my ears pierced by myself. Nevertheless, I will never forget this weekend, and the insane brunch we had at Jack's Wife Freda and the celebrities we encountered when we saw Hamilton on Broadway. Major shoutout to my New Yorker sister Noelle for being our tour guide, and to my lovely mother for organizing the festivities.

I'm going to keep this short, because I have two term papers and a debate going at once, despite only having two full weeks of high-school left. I hope you guys had an enjoyable Mother's Day weekend, wherever in the world you were! xoxo Isabelle  SHARE: Labels: 18th birthday , adulthood , birthday , blogger , chanel , isabelle nazha , isabelle nazha photo , lost but not found , lostbutnotfound , new york , new york city
