To me Christmas is a time for celebration and spending time with friends and family. And what better colour to wear than red? I love red as it makes me so happy and brightens my day in an instant when wearing something in red. I even married in red. I wore this beautiful red dress from Simply Be that I bought last year. It's such a Christmassy dress especially as it has a velvet border around the hem. It also has a a netted skirt under to give it more fuller skirt. Since I'm Norwegian, I've teamed it with my handmade traditional Norwegian jacket with silver buckles that I inherited from my mum. It's not a Christmas jumper as such as it's a normal cardigan to use in Norway in the wintertime, but here in the UK everyone seems to think it's a Christmas jumper so I wear it mostly around Christmas time. It makes a super cosy outfit for a colder day as the jacket is made of wool. I certainly will be wearing this dress more this Christmas and it certainly will make happy :)
