#100 Days of Active – Week 2 and 3 {March 12 – March 26}

Let’s just say the last two weeks have flown by in a blur. Suddenly we were two weeks away from vacation. A point where most people up their activity in preparation. But I had the complete opposite happen.

I started to realize that I was running out of time. That in just two weeks, we would be on a jet plane to a warmer climate. My to-do list began growing, both personally and professionally, and my lack of motivation to do anything except work and daydream about Las Vegas took over.

You probably noticed the blog’s been quiet. Yep, the blog took a hit too.

So while the #100 Day of Active idea sounded great in theory, and I certainly had the motivation at the start, I I have suddenly I found myself at the end of week 3, with about 2 weeks of limited active.

I’m not recapping the last two weeks worth of activity (or lack thereof). It’s not worth it. It’s discouraging. It’s sad. It makes me feel like the big old ‘f’ work (Failure).

But what I am focusing on?

My vacation. Beginning to plan my wedding. And knowing that in a year’s time, I will be getting married to the love of my life.

And also knowing that when I get back from my trip, during week 5, I will be back to focusing on moving every chance I get. So while, I may not have 100 straight days of active. I’ll be back to focusing on active. And in reality, that’s what really matters right?
